I have always enjoyed inventing new ideas and designs as a solitary activity and in groups with one or more creative activities going on simultaneously. It is a joy to assist others in meeting their goals while establishing new objectives and remaining flexible. I believe that coaching should be flexible to meet the client's needs, and therefore my coaching is basically spontaneous as opposed to being scripted by others. The client establishes what she or he would like to work on, but I am free to mentor and take a look at the client's work to give a basic critique.
